Kitchens from Venezuela, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, West Africa, and Asia serve all day — from slow-simmered stew to grilled street food and sweet pastries.
Country booths, traditional dress displays, artisan jewelry, and cultural exhibitors sharing the stories, crafts, and heritage of communities across Southwest Louisiana and the world.

The festival opens with a procession of flags and national costumes, official welcomes, and a celebration of every culture represented this year.

The festival’s signature vocal competition. Soloists and groups perform unaccompanied before the judges, competing within the festival’s $2,000 competition prize pool.
